• Sales & Membership Acquisition: Actively promote gym memberships to potential clients through various sales strategies and techniques.
• Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by answering inquiries, addressing concerns, and offering tailored solutions to meet clients’ fitness goals.
• Lead Generation: Identify and engage potential leads through phone calls, emails, social media, and walk-ins.
• Tours & Consultations: Conduct gym tours for prospective members and provide detailed information about services, facilities, and membership plans.
• Membership Processing: Assist clients in selecting the best membership options, process sign-ups, and handle related administrative tasks.
• Target Achievement: Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to overall gym growth and membership retention.
• Follow-Up: Maintain ongoing communication with leads and current members to encourage renewals and referrals.
• Promotions & Offers: Keep clients informed about current promotions, discounts, or special events to encourage memberships.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with other gym staff to ensure a smooth onboarding process and provide excellent client experiences.
• Market Research: Stay up to date with competitor offerings and industry trends to suggest improvements to membership strategies.
• Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of memberships, sales, and customer interactions using CRM software.
