 Assist the immediate manager in all kind of works
 Update the service delivery manager and facilities engineer on all matters on a daily basis

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in similar field
 In depth knowledge about inspection procedure
 Strong knowledge about contract management
 Very good spoken and written English
 Excellent knowledge about mechanical, AC, heating, ventilation and electrical systems
 Coordinate for approval and permit process where required
 Demonstrate sound work ethics

Pay: From AED4,500.00 per mont

Responsibilities

 Supervisors subordinate personnel, assisting operation department in manpower planning for the site, determining workload, delegating assignments, monitoring and evaluating performance.
 Make a decision or solve a problem by using logic to identify key facts, explore alternatives and propose quality solutions.
 Coordinate with internal & external resources including department, vendors, subcontractor, and client etc as required to meet the assigned jobs operational needs.
 Schedule daily workload ensuring the work is prioritized and that work is completed expediently and professionally.
 Coordinator is responsible monitoring and updating the Certificate which is required to comply the legal requirement
 Prepare the planned preventive maintenance program for assigned area
 Prepare Quotations/contract proposals & cost sheets based on client’s requirements, within the limited constraints.
 Submitting the collected cheques to accounts department precisely through the Service Delivery Manager.
 Co-ordinate activities regarding Material Requirements for maintenance operation.
 Preparation and completion of reports on a periodic basis
 Always available for emergency response out of hours
 Assist in the development of best practice initiatives being mindful of commercial objectives.
 Assist in completion of annual performance appraisals of site staff
