ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are looking for Support Workers to join our team at Assist Lifestyle. You will be supporting NDIS participants in home and in community, helping them achieve their goals and maintain their independence.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Providing emotional and practical support
• Supporting participants with daily activities and community access
• Encouraging social participation and engagement
• Assisting with personal development, life skills, and independent living
• Implementing positive behaviour strategies as guided by professionals
• Building strong, trusting relationships with participants
