WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR?

We are seeking a confident, dedicated and inspiring early years leader who has:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Early Years Education
• CACHE Level 5 qualification or equivalent
• Minimum 3 year's UAE experience as a Nursery Manager
• Strong knowledge and understanding of the EYFS framework and early years practice
• Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken
• A genuine passion for early years education and creating a positive environment for children, families and staff
• The ability to lead a team with professionalism, warmth and accountability
