Operational & Academic Leadership: Manage daily nursery operations, maintain child-to-staff ratios, oversee daily deployments, and ensure full compliance with EYFS, MOE, safeguarding, and health & safety standards.
Curriculum & Staff Supervision: Guide and evaluate teaching staff, monitor lesson planning, conduct classroom observations, track developmental assessments, and support children with additional needs in coordination with parents and specialists.
Parent Relations & Admissions: Serve as the primary point of contact for parents, handle inquiries and concerns with high diplomacy, lead tours/orientations, and drive enrollment and retention targets.
Compliance & Administration: Maintain up-to-date licenses, regulatory approvals, inspection readiness, and mandatory documentation for staff and enrolled children.
Resource & Financial Management: Monitor center budgets, oversee fee tracking and inventory purchasing, manage staff leave schedules, and prepare periodic operational reports for management.
Qualifications & Experience
Certification: CACHE Level 5 (or recognized equivalent) is mandatory.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Education, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
Experience: Minimum 3 to 5 years of early years experience, including proven supervisory or managerial experience (UAE nursery management experience strongly preferred).
Regulatory Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of the EYFS framework, MOE requirements, and safeguarding guidelines.
Languages: Native/fluent English (written and spoken) required; Arabic language proficiency is a strong advantage.
