We are seeking a dedicated and dependable Office Lady (Office Helper) to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and organization across our office premises. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring a welcoming and professional environment for employees and visitors, while providing pantry support and assisting with meeting room arrangements.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Previous experience in cleaning, housekeeping, or office support is preferred.
  • Good knowledge of hygiene and safety practices.
  • Ability to work independently with strong time management skills.
  • Professional, courteous, and service-oriented attitude.
  • Physically fit to perform cleaning duties and handle light to moderate lifting tasks.

Responsibilities
  • Perform general cleaning duties, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming floors, carpets, and furniture.
  • Sanitize workstations, meeting rooms and pantry areas in compliance with company hygiene standards.
  • Empty and dispose of office waste promptly and appropriately.
  • Prepare and serve tea, coffee, and other refreshments for staff and visitors as needed.
  • Maintain cleanliness, orderliness, and stock levels in the kitchen and pantry.
  • Replenish essential items such as tissues, soap, sanitizers, and pantry supplies.
  • Keep all work areas neat, tidy, and presentable throughout the day.
  • Assist with meeting room setup and furniture arrangement for events or gatherings.
  • Report any maintenance issues or equipment malfunctions to management.
  • Adhere to health, safety, and chemical handling protocols as per company policy.
