JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are looking for an experienced Female Pilates Instructor to join our growing team. You will lead group classes, provide private sessions, and create an inspiring, supportive environment for our members. Whether it’s helping clients strengthen their core or guiding them through therapeutic movements, we want you to bring your passion and expertise to our studio.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Certified Pilates Instructor (STOTT, BASI, Peak Pilates or equivalent)
• Minimum 2 years of experience in teaching Pilates (Reformer & Mat)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus
• Passionate about health and wellness with a professional attitude
• Availability for early morning, evening, and weekend classes preferred
• Previous experience in a group fitness environment is a plus
• Driving Skills is a +

• Tech proficiency: Familiarity with scheduling and booking platforms like MindBody Online, Zoho, or similar
• Basic first aid/CPR certification preferred
• Strong knowledge of anatomy and injury modification protocols, especially for clients with rehabilitation or special considerations
• Willingness to pursue ongoing professional development or additional apparatus certifications

  Pay: From AED6,000.00 per mont

• Lead Reformer Pilates and Mat Pilates classes (group & private sessions)
• Develop customized programs for clients based on individual fitness goals
• Maintain a high standard of class safety, form, and motivation
• Help with studio maintenance and ensuring a clean and welcoming space
• Engage with clients and create a positive, community-driven atmosphere
• Assist with workshops or promotions as needed
