We are looking for a Female Fitness Instructor / Trainer who is excellent at providing personal fitness training, group fitness training, classes, and on the gym floor support and coaching for all ages and skill levels.

You will receive a basic + PT commission.

• Achieve realistic monthly sales targets
• Achieve realistic target coaching sessions per week
• Professional, tidy and clean appearance
• Assess client’s current fitness level to develop personalised exercise programs and provide fitness counselling to achieve their targets
• Provide advice to clients on the correct way of exercising, including weightlifting, training machines, bikes, treadmills etc.
• Provide Personal Training to clients to help them set and achieve their goals and manage your PT time according to client needs
• Provide energetic / upbeat group fitness classes at various ability levels (e.g. Aerobics, Pilates, Yoga, CrossFit, Cardio, Strength & Conditioning, Mind & Body, Dance, Martial Arts etc). Knowledge of any of these classes is an advantage.
• Promote a fun, exciting, upbeat and relaxing atmosphere for clients
• Ability to train both men and women
• Ability to effectively communicate with clients of all ages and career levels, management, VIPs and other
