We are seeking a results-oriented and motivated Real Estate Agent with proven experience in the property market. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of real estate sales and leasing, strong negotiation skills, and a proactive approach to building client relationships.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate sales in the UAE.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with real estate CRMs and online listing platforms.
• Self-motivated, organized, and capable of working independently.
• Preferably with valid UAE driving license

• Assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing properties.
• Generate and manage leads through various channels.
• Conduct property viewings and provide expert market advice.
• Negotiate deals and ensure smooth transaction processes.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and developers.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, pricing, and regulations.
• List properties on major portals (Bayut, Property Finder, Dubizzle, etc.).
• Coordinate with internal teams to manage documentation and support services.
