JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for female Real Estate Agents who are new to Dubai or fresh to the real estate industry. No prior real estate experience is required, but candidates must be confident, hardworking, and willing to learn. Full training and support will be provided.

REQUIREMENTS

• Female candidate (as per company requirement)
• Fresh graduate OR new to UAE (no real estate experience required)
• Strong communication skills in English; Arabic or other languages are an advantage
• Presentable, confident, and eager to learn
• Ability to work in a commission-based environment
• Currently in UAE (visit visa or family visa preferred)

• Assist clients in buying, selling, and investing in Dubai properties
• Promote and present new projects to potential buyers
• Conduct client meetings, property tours, and follow-up calls
• Build relationships with developers and clients
• Keep CRM records updated and accurate
