The management of Think Properties has over 16 years of experience in Dubai Real Estate market with a team of highly qualified and experienced RERA certified Sales & Leasing Executives.

  • Real Estate experience preferable
  • Serves visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately.
  • Maintains a clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations
  • Receiving incoming and outgoing mails/calls.
  • Knowledge of CRM Systems.
  • Expert in Property Finder, Dubizzle, Bayut portals, etc.
  • Prepare listing, Verification and Trakheesi Permit.
  • Prepare Forms such as (MOU, Tenancy Contract, Form A, B, I)
  • Able to compose/ prepare a letter
  • Good in Customer Service calls & handling all clients inquiries.
  • Excellent in filling & Maintaining records.
  • Developer registration, renewals and gathering materials.
  • Manage day to day needs like office supplies, petty cash, inventory and maintenance of paper and digital filing.
  • Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills
  • Performing other duties as assigned

  • Ability to work independently with great dedication
  • Strong communication skills – written and spoken English is a must
  • Well organized and detail oriented
  • Knowledge of MS Office and Outlook.
