REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 1 year of telesales experience in Dubai’s real estate market
• Knowledge of areas like Downtown, Dubai Hills, Business Bay, etc. is a plus
• Strong English communication skills (Arabic or other languages are a bonus)
• Confident, persuasive, and result-oriented
• Must be based in Dubai with knowledge of current market trends
• Female Only

• Make outbound calls to potential buyers, investors, and tenants
• Promote residential and off-plan properties across Dubai
• Qualify leads and schedule appointments for property consultants
• Maintain CRM database with follow-ups and call logs
• Achieve daily and monthly KPIs for calls and conversions
