JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Greet and welcome clients upon their arrival at the office.
  • Direct clients to the appropriate person and office.
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
  • Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable, equipped with all necessary stationery and materials (e.g., pens, forms, and brochures).
  • Provide basic and accurate information in person and via phone/email.
  • Maintain office security by adhering to safety procedures and controlling access through the reception desk (monitoring the logbook).
  • Update calendars and schedule meetings.
  • Maintain up-to-date records of office expenses and costs.
  • Update daily reports and Masterfile.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is a MUST.
  • Professional attitude and appearance.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to be resourceful and proactive in resolving issues.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Strong multitasking and time-management abilities, with the capability to prioritize tasks.
  • Customer service-oriented attitude.
    Job Type: Full-time
    Pay: AED2,500.00 per month
