Requirements

• Fluent in English (additional languages are an advantage).
• Previous experience as a receptionist or customer service representative in an aesthetic, dermatology, dental, or medical clinic.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Professional appearance with a friendly and welcoming personality.
• Experience in appointment scheduling, patient registration, follow-ups, and handling inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and social media.
• Ability to explain clinic services, treatment packages, and promotions, and convert inquiries into confirmed appointments.
• Good computer skills and experience with clinic management or appointment booking systems.
