QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or front desk operations
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
  • Sales-driven mindset with the ability to meet and exceed targets
  • Organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple tasks
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Experience with CRM/member management systems and POS tools
  • Skilled in using email and team messaging platforms
  • Comfortable with online booking and scheduling platforms
  • Flexible to work shifts, including evenings and weekends
  • A passion for fitness and a team-player attitude are highly valued

ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re on the lookout for a friendly, proactive, and customer-focused Female Receptionist to join our vibrant team at Warehouse Gym!
As the face of our gym, you’ll provide a welcoming and professional front desk experience for every member and visitor. From handling enquiries to supporting new member onboarding and driving membership growth, you’ll play a vital role in delivering exceptional service and contributing to our thriving fitness community.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Greet all members and visitors with a warm, professional, and energetic attitude
  • Manage front desk operations, including phone calls, emails, and walk-in enquiries
  • Support existing members with class bookings, account queries, and general assistance
  • Conduct engaging gym tours for prospects and clearly explain membership options
  • Drive membership sales through walk-ins, outbound calls, referrals, and follow-ups
  • Accurately process new memberships, renewals, and transactions
  • Ensure a smooth and welcoming onboarding experience for new members
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting reception area
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve monthly sales and customer service targets
  • Handle system updates, CRM entries, and membership paperwork efficiently
