JOIN OUR DOCTOR ON CALL TEAM

We’re seeking compassionate and skilled Registered Nurses and Assistant Nurses to join our growing Doctor On Call service in Dubai. In this mobile healthcare role, you’ll accompany physicians on patient visits, provide essential clinical support, and help deliver high-quality care directly at the patient’s location.
Ideal candidates are adaptable, patient-focused, and capable of working independently as well as part of a collaborative team.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Nursing
  • Valid DHA License or Eligibility Letter (Registered Nurse or Assistant Nurse)
  • Minimum 2 years of clinical experience
  • Strong communication and basic clinical skills
  • Fluent in English and Hindi
  • UAE freshers with DHA eligibility are welcome to apply

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience in mobile healthcare, home visits, or community-based care
  • Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) systems
  • BLS (Basic Life Support) certification

  • Assist doctors during on-site patient consultations at homes, hotels, and offices

  • Administer prescribed medications and treatments under physician guidance
  • Support physicians during minor procedures with strict adherence to infection control protocols
  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation
  • Educate patients and caregivers about medications, aftercare, and follow-up plans
  • Ensure readiness of medical kits and compliance with clinical protocols
  • Uphold patient safety, privacy, and professional nursing standards
