A Dubai based company, is seeking a motivated and experienced Recruiter to join our team remotely. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to our company’s growth by sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates primarily for roles within the real estate sector. The ideal candidate will be proficient in utilizing LinkedIn, LinkedIn headhunting techniques, Indeed, and other relevant platforms to attract top talent. This role requires excellent communication skills, particularly in conducting Zoom video interviews, and a strong command of written and spoken English with an American accent preferred.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proven experience as a Recruiter or similar role.
  • In-depth knowledge of LinkedIn and LinkedIn headhunting techniques.
  • Familiarity with job posting websites such as Indeed and ability to create effective job advertisements.
  • Strong ability to draft clear, concise, and compelling job descriptions.
  • Experience in conducting virtual interviews via Zoom or similar platforms.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; American accent preferred.
