Job Title: Restaurant Supervisor (Japanese Restaurant)

Job Summary:
The Restaurant Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily operations of the Japanese restaurant, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, smooth service flow, and adherence to hospitality standards. The role involves supervising staff, maintaining quality and hygiene standards, and supporting management in achieving operational and financial goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily front-of-house.
• Ensure excellent customer service.
• Train, guide, and motivate service staff to deliver consistent, high-quality service.
• Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly and professionally.
• Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth communication and timely service.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards in compliance with local regulations.
• Assist in staff scheduling, inventory checks, and ordering supplies.
• Support restaurant manager in achieving sales targets and cost control measures.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Supervisor, Assistant Supervisor, or Team Leader in a Japanese fine dining/casual dining restaurant in UAE.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to train and develop a multicultural team.
• Strong focus on guest satisfaction and service excellence.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Proficiency in English; knowledge of Japanese language is an advantage.
• Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or related field (preferred).

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED6,000.00 per month
