JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are looking for a proactive and confident Female Sales & Admin Officer to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for supporting daily branch operations while also contributing to sales through effective communication and client handling.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Female candidates preferred
• Previous experience in sales, admin, or customer service is an advantage
• Strong communication & persuasion skills in English (Arabic/Hindi/Urdu is a plus)
• Positive, professional, and organized personality
• Good computer knowledge & MS Office skills

• Attend to walk-in clients and explain company services/programs
• Generate and follow up on sales leads via calls, WhatsApp, and emails
• Maintain proper records and reports for sales and office activities
• Support the branch in achieving monthly sales targets
• Ensure smooth office operations with a professional approach
