JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a confident and results-driven Female - Sales & Admission Executive to join our dynamic team at Jazz Rockers, one of Dubai’s leading educational institutions with four established branches. The ideal candidate will handle inbound and provide leads, engage with potential students or parents over the phone or in person, and close enrollments efficiently.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or admissions (education/training/service sector preferred).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Confident in cold calling and follow-up.
  • Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
  • Female candidates only, as per team requirement.
  • Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM systems).
  • Professional and presentable demeanor.
  • Fluency in English (Arabic/ Hindi are a plus).
  • Must be currently based in Dubai or willing to relocate.
Responsibilities
  • Call and follow up with leads provided by the company.
  • Welcome and assist parents/clients visiting the studio with program information.
  • Manage the complete admission process, including documentation and payments.
  • Handle fee collection and maintain accurate payment records.
  • Follow up with potential leads via phone, messages, and emails.
  • Convert leads and inquiries into confirmed admissions.
  • Maintain lead tracking sheets and update CRM systems.
  • Collaborate with the branch/studio team to ensure smooth operations.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly admission targets.
  • Deliver excellent customer service and build long-term client relationships.
