QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience in sales management or a similar role is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for effective customer interactions.
  • Experience in sales support functions, including managing the sales pipeline, is a plus.
  • Bilingual candidates, especially those fluent in Spanish, are highly desirable to better serve our diverse customer base.
  • Ability to negotiate effectively while maintaining a positive relationship with customers.
  • A strong understanding of customer service principles and practices is required.
  • A proactive attitude towards upselling and achieving sales goals is essential for success in this role.
