Job Overview: The Sales Coordinator will be responsible in assisting the review of pre-sale proposals, and preparation and administration of sales orders. She will collaborate with the production team and clients to ensure products adhere to client specifications. QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Business Development, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or other similar fields
• Minimum 2 years of experience as Sales Coordinator
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Proficient in MS Office and sales applications
• Has Advanced Excel skills
• Exceptional time-management and organizational skills
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Excellent in multitasking
• Able to work under pressure
• Able to travel when needed

• Assists the Sales Manager in the implementation of the company’s sales initiatives and strategies
• Participates in both selling and administrative operations of the company
• Designs sales strategies and processes
• Generates reports regarding the status of the department
• Maintains files systems and database of sales records
• Responds to client concerns
• Maintains customer relations and satisfaction
• Prepares PowerPoint presentations
