REQUIREMENTS

• New to UAE or fresh graduate – real estate experience not required
• Strong communication skills in English; other languages are a plus
• Confident, presentable, and motivated to build a career in sales
• Must be based in UAE and available to join immediately

Serdar Properties is looking for motivated female sales professionals (freshers welcome) to join our team in Dubai. Full training, daily fresh leads, and strong developer partnerships will help you start closing deals quickly.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Contact and qualify buyers and investors from daily leads
• Present Dubai’s top off-plan projects and payment plans
• Schedule client meetings, viewings, and online presentations
• Build relationships and guide clients through the buying process
• Achieve monthly sales targets and earn commission on every deal
