SALES REPRESENTATIVE – SHOWROOM

We are looking for a friendly and enthusiastic Sales Representative to join our team in our Confectionery Showroom. If you have a passion for customer service and enjoy helping customers find the perfect products, we’d love to hear from you!

REQUIREMENTS:

• Proven experience as a Retail Sales Associate or similar role in a Showroom
• Solid understanding of the retail sales process and customer behavior
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Familiarity with inventory stocking and basic math
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment
• Flexible to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Friendly, approachable, and capable of building positive customer relationships

EXPERIENCE

Confectionery Showroom: 1 year (Required)
Sales representative: 2 years (Required)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contract
Contract length: 24 months
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per mont

• Greet and welcome customers in a warm and professional manner
• Assist customers in selecting products and respond to their inquiries
• Engage customers to drive sales through suggestive selling and product knowledge
• Guide customers to appropriate sections and displays
• Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the shopping experience
• Process transactions accurately, including handling cash, credit, and debit payments
• Support inventory management by receiving and stocking merchandise
• Ensure shelves and displays are fully stocked and well-presented
• Stay informed about new arrivals and product offerings
