REQUIREMENTS:

• Female candidates only (as per salon requirements)
• Experience in a salon/spa customer service or receptionist role preferred
• Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
• Presentable and professional appearance
• Friendly, polite, and solution-oriented personality
• Must be proactive, reliable, and tech-savvy

• Greet and welcome all clients with a warm and professional attitude
• Manage appointment bookings and handle walk-ins efficiently
• Answer phone calls, WhatsApp, and social media inquiries
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues with a positive mindset
• Coordinate with the salon team for smooth service delivery
• Maintain client records and follow up for feedback and rebookings
