£17 - £22 PER HOUR

We are looking for friendly, outgoing people who will be able to provide the important care that our client requires. Our client lives with Autism & Diabetes and also has a learning disability. She can also suffer from anxiety and requires support from her care team to help her with her daily life. She currently lives at home with her family and is transitioning to a 3-year residential education programme – a specialist Further Education setting in Christchurch.
Due to the location of our clients school, a lot of the day will be spent outside, helping our client learn by spending time with horses in the yard, fields, stables and riding school.
This is a great opportunity to work as part of a lovely team and to enhance your skills in complex care, with fantastic 24/7 clinical support.
Driving is essential for this role due to remote location.

YOUR EXPERIENCE

The ideal candidate will have experience working as a health care assistant and be a great team player who will work well alongside our fab team. Any previous experience working with Autism/Learning Disabilities would be beneficial.
