Description:
Kids First Group (KFG) is the leading group in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and Doha for providing premium early years education and childcare. Founded in 2011, we have 30 nursery schools. We stand unique from other group nurseries, as each of our Kids First Group nurseries specializes in and is passionate about their own exclusive curriculum and pedagogical approach: spanning a choice from the Early Years Foundation Stage (British EYFS), Montessori Method, and Reggio Emilia Approach, to name a few.
REQUIREMENTS:
- College degree or above.
- Having a driving license is a must.
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience in UAE, ideally in insurance or real estate is an advantage.
- Strong learning ability, personalized initiative, quick thinking, strong communication skills and willing to embrace international thinking and team.
- Willing to develop in the education industry for a long time and challenge high salary.
- Education industry sales experience is preferred, micro-business sales customer service work experience is preferred.
- Good English oral skills is an advantage.
- Arabic speakers will add advantage.

Responsibilities:
·1. Responsible for the course sales of the nursery, including telephone communication, visiting reception, customer follow-up, negotiation, and sales tools.
2. Carry out business-related brand promotion, marketing, thematic activities, and develop and maintain business cooperation with relevant institutions.
3. Establish a sales relationship with Corporations and strong partnership with relevant stakeholders.
4. Assist the director and Admin of the nurseries in completing customer service work, such as maintaining a home relationship,
5. Keep abreast of market trends, changes in demand, etc.
6. Achieve the sales target of the nursery.
