Job Description:
CreditCare Credit Management LLC is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Team Leader – Collections to join our growing team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in debt collection and team supervision, with the ability to lead, train, and motivate a team of collection agents to achieve daily and monthly targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise a team of collection agents and ensure daily collection targets are met
• Monitor calls and provide feedback and coaching for performance improvement
• Resolve escalated customer issues professionally and in a timely manner
• Analyze collection reports and update management on progress
• Implement strategies to improve recovery rates
• Train and onboard new team members
• Ensure compliance with company policies and UAE financial regulations

✅ Job Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in debt collection or a similar field
• Proven experience in team supervision or leadership roles
• Strong knowledge of UAE debt collection laws and practices
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
• Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)
• Proficient in MS Office and collection software tools
• Must be currently residing in Dubai, UAE

Working Hours:

• Monday to Saturday
• 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Compensation & Benefits:

• Basic Salary: Up to AED 4,500/month
• Incentives/Bonus: Based on performance
