Key Responsibilities Welcomes and acknowledges all guests in the spa, according to company standards, anticipatse and addresses guests’ service needs, and thank guests with genuine appreciation. Responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the spa facilities, assisting guests with their needs, and ensuring a serene and welcoming atmosphere. Ensures that all stations—water, refreshments, locker room supplies—are stocked. Ensures that guests are outfitted with appropriate robe and slippers. Escorts guests to treatment rooms and provides assistance as needed. Supports therapists to ensure that all treatment rooms are stocked with appropriate products and supplies. Assists females in their experience in the spa. Serves guests at the spa while providing the highest level of service possible in an efficient, courteous, and professional manner. Knowledgeable about daily hotel operations and is up to date with all changes, new procedures, and events. Follows all company safety and security policies and procedures; report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to the supervisor. Completes safety training and certifications. Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others, support the team to reach common goals. Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional. Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information, and protect company assets. Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by the supervisor. Qualifications Hospitality oriented Previous experience in customer service or hospitality, preferably in a spa or wellness environment. Min. 1 year. Excellent communication and organization skills. Able to work quickly and efficiently, especially under pressure. Ability to move, lift, carry and transfer weights up to 50 pounds. Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays. Fully Bilingual (Spanish and English).
