FEMALE Receptionist / Front Desk
We are looking for a friendly, professional Spa Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our spa. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that each guest feels valued and pampered from the moment they arrive. This role requires excellent organizational and communication skills, a calm demeanor, and a passion for creating memorable experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Guest Reception: Greet clients with a warm, professional attitude and provide assistance throughout their visit.
  • Scheduling Appointments: Book and manage appointments, accommodating client preferences and ensuring optimal staff scheduling.
  • Client Check-In/Out: Handle check-in and check-out procedures efficiently, including processing payments and updating client records.
  • Answering Inquiries: Address client inquiries about services, products, and promotions, providing knowledgeable and friendly assistance.
  • Retail Sales: Assist clients in selecting and purchasing spa products, with the goal of enhancing their overall experience.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain the reception area’s supply of brochures, product samples, and retail inventory.
  • Maintaining Cleanliness: Ensure the front desk and lobby areas are clean, organized, and reflect the spa’s high standards.
  • Handling Customer Feedback: Listen to and address client feedback, working with the team to provide solutions and improve the client experience.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a spa, salon, or customer service role is a MUST
  • Fresha experience is a MUST
  • Excellent verbal communication and organizational skills
  • Positive and calm demeanor, even in busy situations
  • Basic proficiency with booking software and Microsoft Office
