JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking an experienced and responsible Full time Camp Boss to oversee the management and daily operations of our ladies’ accommodation. The ideal candidate will ensure a safe, comfortable, and harmonious living environment for our employees, provide support for accommodation needs, and maintain proper order and discipline in line with company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage the daily operations of the ladies’ accommodation.
• Ensure the safety, cleanliness, and well-being of all residents.
• Handle the accommodation-related queries and requests from employees.
• Coordinate with management to address any maintenance or operational issues.
• Enforce house rules and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Organize and supervise weekly cleaning and maintenance of accommodation areas.
• Report any security or health concerns to the HR department.
• Manage and maintain accommodation records.
• Assist in resolving any conflicts or issues between residents.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in camp management or a similar role.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to handle administrative tasks efficiently.
• Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• A caring and approachable demeanor.
• Fluent in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus).

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per mont
