Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role for a Supervisor with a driving license and a car at Little Champions Fitness Center, located in Dubai. The Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff schedules, ensuring facility cleanliness, and providing excellent customer service. Duties will also include supervising fitness programs, coordinating events, and ensuring all safety protocols are followed. The Supervisor may also need to drive to various locations for marketing and administrative purposes.
Driving license is a must
Must have own visa
Qualifications:
Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Experience in facility management, staff supervision, and customer service.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic administrative tasks.
Valid driving license and a reliable car.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
Background in fitness or sports management is a plus.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sports Management, or related field.
