At Brightening Lives, we’re proud to support amazing individuals across Harrogate and Boroughbridge to live happy, independent lives in their homes and communities. We’re now looking for compassionate, enthusiastic, and reliable female Personal Assistants to join our dynamic, friendly team.
This is more than a job—it’s a chance to make every day meaningful, full of connection, laughter, and real impact.

• Support individuals aged 16–48 in their homes and out in the community
• Provide person-centred care with dignity and respect
• Accompany people on days out—bowling, cinema, football, shopping, cafés, and more
• Help build independence and confidence through everyday activities
• Deliver 1:1 wraparound care (minimum 4-hour shifts, between 8am–8pm)
• Take part in sleep-in shifts and work alternative weekends
  You’ll be supporting people to live their best lives—on their terms, with your care making it all possible.
