  • COVID-19 Vaccination (as per health requirements)

Responsibilities

ROLE OVERVIEW

As a Support Worker, you will empower individuals living with disability to live as independently as possible. You’ll provide personal care, social and community participation, and daily living support based on each client’s unique goals and needs.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Deliver in-home support such as personal care, meal preparation, and domestic assistance
  • Support clients to access the community, appointments, or social activities
  • Follow individualised care plans and document progress notes accurately
  • Build positive, respectful relationships with clients and their families
  • Ensure a safe, supportive, and inclusive environment at all times
