We are looking for Home Carers to work with our clients around the NORTHERN BEACHES area of New South Wales.
As a Home Carer your role will be to assist a diverse range of clients including aged, disability and high needs clients.

Your responsibilities:

• Understand and implement the Clinical Care Plan
• Personal care
• Companionship and ensuring a safe environment for our clients
• Transport clients to their appointments

Your requirements:

• Certificate III in Aged Care, Individual Support, or equivalent Industry experience in a similar role
• Have a current Police Check – Required
• Effective verbal and written communication skills with a customer service orientation
• NDIS Workers Screening or willingness to obtain
• Covid19 Vaccination with 1 Booster
• Proficiency in use of technology such as smart phones, email, and internet
• Ability to work independently and effectively manage time
• Drivers licence and car
