JWe are currently seeking female support workers with a passion for delivering person-centred care to join our outstanding organisation. You will support individuals with varying complex needs in the Ivybridge area and surrounding regions.

ABOUT YOU:

• Previous experience in health and social care is essential (role-specific training will be provided).
• You should be confident, outgoing, and innovative in your approach to supporting people.
• A full, clean driving licence is required.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We offer flexible shifts ranging from 4 to 12 hours, making it easy to fit around family and personal commitments.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assisting with personal care routines
• Supporting with medication administration
• Helping with all aspects of daily living
• Enabling access to the community
