We are seeking a compassionate and reliable female support worker to assist a participant in Hawthorn, VIC. This role requires 10–14 hours per week, with flexible scheduling.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Fit and active, with an interest in walking and outdoor activities
• Experience in disability or aged care support (preferred)
• Caring, empathetic, and respectful approach
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Relevant checks and certifications (Police Check, WWCC, First Aid/CPR)
• Driver’s licence (preferred)

• Support social and community participation through outings, walks, hiking, and activities
• Offer companionship and emotional support
• Assist with light household tasks, meal preparation, and light cleaning
• Provide safe and reliable transport where required
