Hi welcome to Quick Response Carers. We are currently seeking passionate and dedicated Female Support Workers to join our team.
Starting with 10 to 15 hours per week with potential growth.
Must be available to work Thursdays.
You will need your own vehicle. Sometimes you may be required to assist your clients to attend activities in the community with you. Mileage allowance is paid.

Responsibilities
  • Support people through choice and control in their own lives.
  • Follow written Support Plans and Health Management Plans.
  • Facilitate community participation, escorting clients to social, recreational, and therapy activities.
  • Provide personal care assistance, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding for clients with disabilities.
  • Assist clients with mobility support, including transfers, walking assistance, and the use of mobility aids.
  • Monitor clients’ health, behaviour, and emotional well-being, reporting any changes to relevant healthcare professionals.
  • Administer medication and assist in coordinating medical appointments.
  • Provide behavioural and emotional support, ensuring a safe and supportive environment for individuals.
  • Assist with meal preparation, household tasks, and domestic duties to support independent living.
  • Collaborate with families, support coordinators, and healthcare professionals to ensure client needs are met.
  • Maintain accurate client records, progress notes, and incident reports in compliance with NDIS and organizational policies.
