We are looking to recruit female* support workers for a 24/7 support project for single women with complex needs, based in Pontypridd.
We have the flexibility to work with people’s availability, so are open to applications from people looking for full or part time hours on day and/or waking night shifts (12hr waking night shifts and 6 or 12hr day shifts)
We’d especially like to hear from applicants who have had experience offering support to people with complex needs such as substance use, mental health or offending issues.

• Only able to accept applications from females over the age of 18 due to a genuine occupational requirement for the people we are supporting in this project, making this position exempt from the gender discrimination rule.
