JOB DESCRIPTION – TELESALES EXECUTIVE

Industry: Automatic Gates & Access Control Solutions
Location: Oman
Reports To: Sales Manager

JOB SUMMARY

The Telesales Executive is responsible for generating leads, making outbound sales calls, and converting potential customers for the company’s automatic gates, barriers, and access control systems. The role involves cold calling, following up on inquiries, and maintaining strong client relationships to achieve sales targets.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

✅ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
✅ 2+ years of telesales or inside sales experience in the automatic doors, gates, or access control industry (preferred).
✅ Strong communication and persuasion skills.
✅ Fluency in English & Arabic ( mandatory).
✅ Experience with CRM software, MS Office, and email marketing tools.
✅ Ability to handle objections and close sales over the phone.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RO200.000 - RO350.000 per mont

Responsibilities
  • Make outbound calls to potential customers and introduce automatic gates, barriers, and access control solutions.
  • Follow up on inquiries from contractors, facility managers, and residential/commercial clients.
