QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience in tele-calling, tele-sales, or customer service (preferably in mortgage, real estate, or financial services)
  • Strong verbal communication skills with a clear and pleasant speaking voice
  • Fluency in English is mandatory
  • Ability to actively listen, understand customer requirements, and respond effectively
  • Confidence in handling objections and building rapport over the phone
  • Experience using CRM systems and maintaining accurate call records
  • Basic knowledge of mortgages or financial products is a plus
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Positive attitude, goal-oriented, and self-motivated
  • Presentable and professional demeanor
