QUALIFICATIONS

• Gender: This position is for female candidates only.
• English Communication: Strong command of spoken and written English
• Languages: Requires proficiency in at least two of the following languages: Tamil, Malayalam, Kannada, or Telugu. Fluency in Hindi is a plus.
• Experience: A minimum of 1 year of tele-calling experience in the UAE is required. Real estate experience is preferred.
• Skills: Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
• Mindset: Positive, target-driven, and highly motivated.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Sales Telecaller, you will be the first point of contact for potential clients. Your primary responsibility is to qualify leads, schedule viewings, and provide essential property information. This role requires a target-driven individual who is eager to contribute to our sales success.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead Nurture: Make outbound calls to potential clients to inquire about the requirements for their property Enquiry.
• Client Qualification: Qualify leads by understanding client needs, budgets, and preferences.
• Scheduling: Schedule and coordinate property viewings for the sales team.
• Database Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all calls, leads, and follow-ups in our CRM.
• Information Dissemination: Provide clients with detailed information on property listings, pricing, and payment plans.
• Target Achievement: Meet and exceed daily and weekly follow-up call and achieve the monthly targets.
• Market Awareness: Stay informed about current market trends and available properties.
