Female Telesales Executive (Weekends Only)
Location: Manchester
Pay: Minimum Wage along with uncapped commission
Type: Part-Time - Weekends (10 am - 7 pm)
Saturday and Sunday with 45 minutes breaks and 3 ten minutes breaks.

We are a busy, high end makeover studio offering luxury transformations that empower people to look and feel their absolute best. We run powerful campaigns that bring in a constant stream of interested leads now we need a superstar phone booker to turn those leads into confirmed bookings.
Your Role:
As our Phone Booker, you’ll call people who have already expressed interest in our makeover experiences. Your job is to build rapport, share the magic of our studio, and get them excited to book their session.

What You’ll Do:

• Call and text leads
• Use our proven script to explain the experience and answer questions
• Build trust and excitement you’re selling confidence, not just a makeover
• Overcome objections and secure the booking
• Update our system with lead notes and follow ups
• Hit booking targets and earn bonuses

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 3 years of telesales experience
• Target driven and money motivated
• A confident, friendly phone presence with natural charm
• Sales or customer service experience
• Passion for beauty, transformation, and helping people feel empowered
• Organised and self-motivated you love following up and closing leads
• Fluent in English, excellent communicator
