Serdar Properties is a Dubai-based real estate brokerage specializing in off-plan and luxury property sales. We are looking for a motivated Telesales Representative who can speak Arabic and English fluently to join our team in Business Bay.

JOB DESCRIPTION

The telesales role is focused on calling leads, qualifying clients, and booking appointments for our sales team. You will be provided with fresh daily leads and training to succeed in Dubai’s competitive real estate market.

REQUIREMENTS

• Female candidates preferred (due to team requirements)
• 1+ year telesales or call center experience (real estate preferred but not required)
• Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written)
• Strong phone presence and communication skills
• Confident, motivated, and target-driven
• Currently based in UAE and ready to join immediately

• Make outbound calls to potential buyers and investors (warm and cold leads)
• Qualify prospects and set appointments for property viewings or online presentations
• Follow up with leads via phone, WhatsApp, and email
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM (Bitrix24)
• Achieve daily call targets and monthly appointment KPIs
