Learnovate Training Center is looking to hire Telesales Representatives to join our team immediately. We have open positions to be filled on a urgent basis.
Walk-in Interviews
Date: Every Monday - Thursday
Time:4PM -6PM
Location: Office number 301 Landmark Habib Bank AG Zurich, (Al Jawahrah Building) Khalid bin Waleed Road, Burdubai.

No appointments needed. Candidates who meet the minimum requirements are welcome to directly attend the interviews.

• Contacting potential students through phone calls to promote our various courses and programs
• Qualifying leads and enquiring about their learning needs, budget, and timeline
• Presenting course details and benefits to persuade customers to enroll
• Answering queries about fees, payment options, certifications, etc.
• Following up with leads and converting them into enrollments
• Maintaining detailed records of call activities and reports
• Achieving monthly sales targets through effective outbound calling

Requirements:

COMMUNICATION SKILLS

• Speaks English clearly and confidently
• Able to build rapport over phone
• Handles objections politely

PRODUCT KNOWLEDGE

• Familiar with our course offerings
• Able to present benefits to customers
• Understands USPs and selling points

NEEDS ANALYSIS SKILLS

• Asks relevant questions to understand customer needs
• Qualifies leads effectively
• Suggests best fitting solutions

PRESENTATION SKILLS

• Makes compelling product pitch
• Handles information requests smoothly
• Does not read from script, talks extempore

CLOSING SKILLS

• Persuades customer to take next steps
• Asks for enrollments confidently
• Handles delays and negotiates well

COMPUTER SKILLS

• Proficient in MS Office
• Learns new software quickly
• Comfortable with CRM systems

EXPERIENCE

• 1-2 years in sales/telecalling
• Understands sales process
• Has verifiable performance history
  We are looking for motivated individuals who want to join our winning team. On the job training will be provided. Compensation includes a basic salary plus commission on sales.
