FEMALE TEMPORARY PERSONAL ASSISTANT TO GENERAL MANAGER
We are seeking a proactive and organized Temporary Personal Assistant to support our General Manager during a busy period. Key responsibilities include managing schedules, coordinating travel, handling correspondence, and providing general administrative support.
Administrative Tasks
· Coordinate the onboarding process for new candidates, including liaising with the PRO to ensure visa and legal requirements are met.
· Facilitate the seamless transfer of candidates between UAE and KSA by managing the necessary documentation, travel arrangements, and communication with relevant authorities.
Operational Tasks
Provide support for personal tasks and errands as requested by the executive.
