Responsibilities
  • Assist clients with his care needs during the night, including personal care, and medication management.
  • Monitor client breathing and record any concerns to the care manager
  • Support client in maintaining his independence while providing companionship and emotional support.
  • Implement and follow care plans tailored to client’s specific needs, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Communicate effectively with client, their families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care.
  • Maintain accurate records of client progress and any changes in his medical condition.
