As a Waking Nights Support Worker, you’ll help learning disabled adults learn new skills, develop independence, build confidence, and explore new interests. Every day is different - you could be supporting someone with daily tasks like cooking and shopping, helping them access the community, or encouraging them to try a new hobby. During the night shifts, you will be providing a continuation of this support, Your role is to provide the right level of support while promoting choice and independence.
