By joining the Valley Team, you will become a member of the family. We are currently seeking a Fence Installation Driver to join our team. This position combines driving responsibilities with hands-on installation work and is a highly physical, labor-intensive role requiring daily manual labor. You will safely operate a company vehicle while delivering, installing, and retrieving fencing materials at customer locations. Candidates must be comfortable lifting heavy materials, performing physical installation tasks, working outdoors in varying conditions, and maintaining a steady work pace throughout the day. Individuals who thrive in active, physically demanding environments and enjoy hands-on work will be successful in this position. Raate: $20.00 - $25.00 Requirements Responsibilities: Perform complete pre and post-operation vehicle inspections in accordance with company policy to ensure safety and operational readiness Safely operate a company vehicle along designated routes while following assigned schedules and directions from dispatch or supervision Load, transport, deliver, retrieve, and install fencing equipment at customer locations Perform physical installation tasks, including lifting, carrying, assembling, and securing fencing materials Maintain high standards of quality workmanship and professionalism during installations Provide excellent customer service while representing Valley Services onsite Work collaboratively with dispatch and operations teams to provide routing updates and job feedback Follow all safety procedures and comply with company policies as well as state and federal regulations Promptly report any incidents, hazards, or operational concerns to supervisors Maintain a clean and organized vehicle and work area Physical Demands and Work Environment: This is a physically demanding position requiring daily manual labor. Candidates must be comfortable with: Frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling of heavy materials Repetitive bending, crouching, climbing, reaching, and twisting Working on their feet for extended periods of time Lifting and maneuvering materials weighing up to 150 lbs with assistance as needed Working outdoors in varying weather conditions, including heat, cold, dust, and uneven terrain Maintaining stamina and productivity throughout a full workday Qualifications: Class C Driver License or Commercial Class C required Minimum 1 to 2 years of driving experience preferred Clean driving record Strong work ethic and reliability Ability to follow safety procedures and operational guidelines Strong communication skills and a customer service mindset Comfortable performing physical labor daily Must pass pre-employment drug screening No prior fence installation experience required. Training will be provided for motivated candidates with a strong work ethic.
