We are seeking an experienced Fence Installer / Leading Hand to join our team. This role will suit someone who enjoys hands-on work, leading a small crew, and taking pride in quality workmanship.

AS A LEADING HAND, YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

• Installing various types of fencing (Colorbond, pool, security, chainwire, timber, etc.)
• Reading and interpreting site plans and job requirements
• Leading and supervising a small team on-site
• Operating power tools, hand tools, and equipment safely
• Ensuring work complies with QLD Work Health & Safety requirements
• Liaising with clients and site supervisors professionally
• Maintaining a safe, clean, and efficient worksite

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL NEED:

• Proven fencing or construction experience (minimum 2 years preferred)
• White Card (Construction Induction) – essential
• Current driver’s licence (manual licence preferred)
• Ability to tow trailers and operate small machinery (auger, post hole digger, etc.)
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Physically fit and reliable with a strong work ethic
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
